Olio Extravergina di Oliva
Characteristic of the company are the approximately 5,000 centuries-old olive trees.
From the fruits of these plants, true natural sculptures, a “particular” organic extra virgin olive oil is extracted (BIOAGRCERT IT BIO 007 P12D control) extracted by cold pressing from Tuscan cultivars: frantoio, moraiolo, leccino. Produced and packaged on the farm.
… for my great grandfather an olive tree was a dowry; for my grandmother the first premise of the season was a source of celebration and pride; I remember her next to the ziri of the old oil mill, still in operation, where she waited for us to dip the slice of bread in the freshly pressed oil “… this, guys, is the new oil!”
For me, these memories are the stimulus to continue taking care of those plants they love so much because they are part of the history of my family.
The vineyard, which has always been an integral part of the landscape and of the business economy, has been renewed in recent years, in order to focus on a product of the highest quality, linked to tradition, but projected into the future.
